Weekly meditation sessions for expat women

Meditation offers more than just momentary relief — it helps shift the way we experience belonging. The feeling of separation is real but not true — it is often just a story our minds create. Through regular meditation, we develop awareness of these thought patterns, learning to step beyond fear and our automated belief systems.

-
Reconnect with ourselves and feel more grounded.
-
Recognize our shared connection with others.
-
Move beyond limiting beliefs that may be preventing us from seeing clearly.
-
In Buddhist tradition, a meditation community — called a Sangha — is essential. Practicing together provides encouragement, deepens understanding, and fosters a sense of belonging.
These sessions are an opportunity for expat women to support and practice together regularly in a safe space and with a like-minded community, enabling each and all to cultivate a deeper sense of wholeness and belonging.
