We are so happy that you are here.
The vision with this blog is to invite inspiring changemakers, founders and
business leaders to share their stories of how their personal Mindfulness
and Meditation practice has been a force for change in their business, as
well as in their personal lives.

As Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh once said,
“We cannot change the world if we’re not able to change our way of
thinking, our consciousness. Collective change in our way of thinking and
seeing things is crucial”
Our first blog post is therfore coming alive in honour of World Meditation
Day on December 21st. where QuietSpace, The Gilbert Collaborative and
The Mindfulness App have joined forces to co-host “Pause for Purpose”,
a virtual hop on hop off event for founders, business leaders and everyone
else in between.
Pause for Purpose is a day to step into stilness, a day of inquiry and
inspiration, where we will be asking these simple, yet profound questions:
Can we be still together.
Can we Pause for Purpose together.
Can we give each other our presence, our attention.
Without wanting something.
Expecting something.
But simply resting in the being.
The infinite space, ever present, between our everyday doing.
Can we be still together.
Knowing that our stillness matters radically and exponentially, for
ourselves and for each other.
More than any words can ever express, more than the mind can ever
imagine or comprehend.
Can we be there for ourselves, hence for one another.
Because being there for ourselves, ultimately means being there for each
another.
Offering the greatest gift we can possibly give.
Our attention.
Our presence.
Being, listening, non-doing.
Resting in the infinite space between the noise.
Resting in the space of non striving, non judging, ourselves or each other.
No chasing, no escaping.
No liking, or disliking.
Just being HUMAN together.
Open, soft, receptive.
Can we be still together.
Let everything else wait, just for a while, not through pushing away, but
through deeply knowing, all still stands, as we rest awake for a short while.
Can we allow ourselves to Pause, knowing that the Purpose goes far
beyond our own words, needs, desires and limited beliefs.
Because through stillness, we discover, that the Pause, is what truly unites
us all to each other and the greater whole.
And as Rumi wrote so many centuries ago.
“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and righting, there is a field, I will meet
you there..”
So please meet us “there” on December 21st.
In the field where we all belong.
