A QuietSpace Room is a Japanese-inspired tatami room designed to support well-being and contemplative practices in the modern workplace. Built with natural materials and minimal furnishings, it offers employees a dedicated environment for meditation, breath-work, reflection, and mindful breaks — integrating self-care into the workday.
Tatami rooms date back to the 8th century and have long been used for meditation and contemplation. With their simple yet grounding design, these spaces encourage calmness, clarity, and a connection to nature. By stepping onto a tatami mat, we are reminded to slow down, breathe, and be present.
